These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Castle Rock Embroidery website (castlerockembroidery.com), our online ordering platform, and all related services provided by Castle Rock Embroidery (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Services Provided

Castle Rock Embroidery provides:

  • Custom embroidery

  • Apparel printing

  • Logo digitizing and file prep

  • Patches (embroidered, PVC, leather, woven)

  • Laser engraving (if applicable)

  • Corporate wear, workwear, and apparel sourcing

  • On-demand and wholesale fulfillment

  • Local pickup or nationwide shipping

All services may require quotes, artwork approval, and payment prior to production.


3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Stitch count changes

  • Artwork adjustments

  • Garment availability

  • Specialty thread or garment requests

  • Rush production fees

  • Shipping and taxes

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.


4. Payments

Castle Rock Embroidery requires:

  • 50–100% payment upfront for most orders.

  • Remaining balance (if applicable) due before pickup or shipment.

Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, ACH, online invoice, or other options stated at checkout.

We reserve the right to delay production until payment is received.


5. Custom Artwork & Digitizing

Any artwork you provide must be owned by you or you must have legal rights to reproduce it.

By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use it

  • Your artwork does not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property

Castle Rock Embroidery is not responsible for legal issues related to customer-submitted artwork.

Digitizing fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel the order.


6. Production Time & Deadlines

Standard turnaround time is typically 7–14 business days after:

  • Artwork approval

  • Deposit or full payment

  • All garments are in stock

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Delays due to supplier shortages, shipping carriers, inventory issues, or acts of nature are not our responsibility.


7. Customer-Supplied Garments

If you supply your own garments:

  • We are not responsible for damage during embroidery or printing

  • Replacement is not provided for customer-supplied items

  • A waiver may be required for specialty fabrics or materials


8. Artwork Proofs & Approval

Before production, you will receive a digital proof or stitch-out sample.

You are responsible for verifying:

  • Spelling

  • Colors

  • Placement

  • Size

  • Accuracy of artwork

Your approval constitutes acceptance. Any errors noticed after production are not our responsibility.


9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because most products are custom-made:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns or refunds on custom products

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

If there is a defect due to our craftsmanship, Castle Rock Embroidery will repair or replace the item at our discretion.


10. Shipping & Delivery

We offer local pickup and nationwide shipping.

Once an order leaves our facility:

  • Delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier

  • We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages

  • Insurance or signature confirmation is available upon request


11. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Castle Rock Embroidery (digitizing files, artwork, layouts, templates) remain our intellectual property unless a written transfer is provided.

Digitizing files may be purchased for an additional fee.


12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Upload unlawful or harmful content

  • Infringe on intellectual property

  • Harass or abuse staff

  • Attempt to disrupt website functionality

Violation may result in order cancellation and denial of future service.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castle Rock Embroidery is not liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Incidental or consequential damages

  • Errors that result from customer-provided artwork

  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers or carriers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.


14. Privacy Policy

Any personal information you submit is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.


15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting on this page.
